Salsa dancing is so fun and romantic, and the way this video is shot it almost feels as though you are intruding on a couple’s evening together. And that if you learned salsa dancing yourself, this could be you and your significant other after a fun evening together.

He wants to teach people to focus less on the exact steps and patterns, and more on creating the connection with their partner that is so important to salsa dancing.

Michelle Yolina also has her finger in many pies. She is a passionate dance teacher, choreographer, and performer. She has been a dance teacher since 2013 in solo and partner dancing, salsa, bachata, reggaeton, and contemporary dance. Not only is she a wonderful dance teacher but she is an accomplished competition dancer as well. She won 1st place in the German Salsa Championship as well as 1st place in the TAF German Championship.

Salsa dancing reached its peak of popularity in the 1970s, where Dominican and Puerto Rican immigrants developed the New York style. Its popularity has peaked and waned since then, but it has never gone away. And there are good reasons for that. Salsa dancing is fun, energetic, and romantic so it is a perfect dance to learn with a partner. Salsa dancing is fairly unique in partner dancing in that it enables you to show off your individual skills as well, known as shining. It really is the best of both worlds if you want to have fun dancing with a partner but you also want a bit of the spotlight for yourself as well. And there’s nothing wrong with that!
