What an amazing group of ladies! This is Sara Lopez along with a whole group of super talented kizomba dancers doing the ladies challenge at the Doudoule Festival in Gold Beach, Australia. It looks like they had a lot of fun putting this together and the end result is brilliant.
Sara is a real trailblazer for kizomba dancing and her big aim is to give kizomba a fresh take and show the whole world just how good kizomba dancing can be. The Doudoule Festival is a Latin dance camp that takes place every year. Just like other similar festivals, there is a lot of stuff to do! Including beach and pool parties, dance workshops, dinner galas, and night events.

There are loads of dance festivals, congresses, and conferences held throughout the year all over the world, and they are the most amazing opportunity to get involved in the dance community and to find other like-minded people who love dancing just as much as you do.
If you’ve just started out with your dancing, you may not even be aware of all of the events that you can get involved in. It might all seem very daunting at first but once you jump right in and give it all a try, there’s a good chance that you could get hooked. Lots of people do! Dancing at your classes is obviously a lot of fun, but when you get the chance to attend a social, do a workshop with a really big name, or watch some amazing performances, you get to see your dance style in a whole new light.
So if you ever get the chance to attend something like the Doudoule Festival, you should definitely go for it. There will be something there for dancers of all abilities and you are bound to make some amazing memories along the way.
